This 18/10 stainless-steel cheese grater manually grates small amounts of hard cheese, chocolate, nuts, or vegetables. To grate, place your food in the top of the hopper, press down on the holder, and turn the crank. The grater blade deposits your ground food out of the bottom of the hopper. The crank moves in either direction, making this cheese grater useful for both righties and lefties. For easy cleaning, the drum removes by flipping open the catch on the hopper and both pieces of the grater can go right in the dishwasher.
